Description

The primary objective of this training is to provide basic information about what constitutes gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace to employees at all levels. The training offers a discussion of the many consequences of discriminatory and harassing behavior and strategies to take to avoid engaging in such illegal behaviour. Offering presentations and instructional sessions like this to employees at all levels is one way organizations strive to achieve that goal and at the same time avoid legal and reputational consequences.
