The purpose of Document Review is to review a variety of existing source documents, reports, data files, and other written artefacts with the intention of collecting independently verifiable data and information for executive action. The document review process provides you with a systematic procedure for identifying, analyzing, and deriving useful information as to the accuracy and genuineness of these existing documents.
