This course is designed to assist individuals in recognizing their own communication styles and how these differ from those of others in the workplace. Additionally, participants learn how to improve their interpersonal skills and maintain relationships over time. Through interactive activities, self-assessments and discussions, participants gain an awareness of their communication styles and learn strategies to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with those whose styles are unlike their own.
For Whom: Individuals and personnel who want to understand their communication style and use that to improve their human relations and interpersonal skills: whether at interpersonal, group, intra-group, or organizational level.
